SushiSamba dromo pays homage to its culinary heritage by hosting a celebration to mark Brazil’s Independence Day. It will be an evening full of festivities with a specialty cocktail, one-night only dishes and the celebratory movements of Samba and Capoeira (a 400-year-old Brazilian dance that incorporates martial arts). The show will feature famed performer Gil Santos and will include dancers and Brazilian drummers with live shows at 8 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. SushiSamba dromo will feature a specialty Bandeira cocktail, a mix of pinot grigio and cachaca as well as two dishes, the Lobster and Palmito Salad, served with a coco-mango emulsion and cashew powder and the Roasted Poussion Com Batata, served with broccolini and port sauce.
